Returns

Simple returns process: ensuring product integrity and customer satisfaction.

We are happy to return or exchange products. Provided that:

The product is unused

The packaging is intact

The product is clean and in the same condition it left our site

Product is presented along with your copy of the receipt issued at the time of purchase.

Products being returned via a collection with our transport or any other courier service will only be credited after being checked by a member of staff on our site.

We reserve the right to charge a collection / re-stocking charge.

Haulage costs are non-refundable
